2. Nature of the Service

Qstream.tv provides access to live-streamed sports events on a Pay-Per-View basis.
Each purchase grants access to a specific digital event for a limited time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT.
Payment is processed immediately upon purchase using approved payment methods (e.g. card, MobilePay).
A receipt will be sent electronically.

4. Delivery of Digital Content

Access to the livestream is provided at the time of the event and may be available immediately after purchase depending on timing.

Access is delivered digitally via a personal access link.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and accessible email address.

5. Access and Usage

  • Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed
  • The stream may be viewed on up to 2 devices simultaneously
  • Any attempt to bypass access controls or distribute the stream is considered misuse
  • Qstream.tv reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in case of misuse

6. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that access is provided instantly.

You further acknowledge and agree that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once delivery has begun.

By proceeding with the purchase, you give your prior express consent to this waiver.

7. Refund Policy

If a stream is cancelled or cannot be delivered due to significant technical issues attributable to Qstream.tv, a full refund will be issued.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days, subject to payment provider processing times.

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Issues caused by the user’s own device, browser, or internet connection
  • If the stream has started and is functioning substantially as intended
  • User errors (including incorrect email address or incompatible device)
  • Partial dissatisfaction where the service has been delivered

8. Technical Disclaimer

Qstream.tv aims to provide a stable and high-quality streaming experience but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Streaming is delivered via third-party platforms (e.g. Vimeo), and performance may vary depending on device, browser, network conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qstream.tv shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, data, or expected viewing experience.

Qstream.tv’s total liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid for the specific event.

10. Force Majeure

Qstream.tv shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, power outages, internet disruptions, equipment failure, or governmental restrictions.

11. Complaints

If you wish to file a complaint, please contact us at accounting@qstream.tv or studio@qstream.tv.
We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

12. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

2. Tjenestens karakter

Qstream.tv tilbyder adgang til live-streaming af sportsbegivenheder (Pay-Per-View). Ved køb opnår du adgang til en specifik digital livebegivenhed.

3. Priser og betaling

Alle priser er i danske kroner (DKK) og inkl. 25% moms.
Betaling kan ske via godkendte betalingsmetoder (fx kort og MobilePay).
Beløbet trækkes ved gennemført køb.

4. Levering (digital adgang)

Adgang til livestream stilles til rådighed på tidspunktet for begivenheden og kan være tilgængelig umiddelbart efter køb afhængigt af tidspunkt.

Adgang leveres digitalt via et personligt link.
Det er kundens ansvar at indtaste korrekt e-mailadresse.

5. Adgang og brug

  • Købet giver adgang til én specifik begivenhed
  • Adgang er personlig og må ikke deles
  • Stream kan ses på op til 2 enheder samtidigt
  • Misbrug kan medføre lukning af adgang uden refusion

6. Fortrydelsesret

Ved køb af digitale ydelser bortfalder fortrydelsesretten, når leveringen er påbegyndt.
Ved køb accepterer du, at adgangen til streamen påbegyndes før udløb af fortrydelsesretten.

7. Refusion

Hvis en stream aflyses eller ikke gennemføres grundet væsentlige tekniske problemer fra Qstream.tv’s side, tilbydes fuld refusion.

Der ydes ikke refusion i følgende tilfælde:

  • Hvis brugeren ikke kan afspille streamen pga. eget udstyr eller internetforbindelse
  • Hvis streamen er startet og fungerer væsentligt som forventet
  • Ved brugerfejl (forkert e-mail, enhed, etc.)

8. Teknisk ansvar

Qstream.tv bestræber sig på stabil streaming, men kan ikke garantere fejlfri afvikling.
Stream leveres via tredjepartsplatforme (fx Vimeo), og funktionalitet kan variere afhængigt af enhed og netværk.

9. Force majeure

Qstream.tv er ikke ansvarlig for manglende levering som følge af forhold uden for vores kontrol, herunder men ikke begrænset til vejrforhold, strømsvigt, netværksfejl eller myndighedsindgreb.
