After a successful purchase, you can open the stream directly from the confirmation page and from your access email.

We recommend opening the stream page a few minutes before kickoff so everything is ready when the event starts.

The stream page may show a countdown before the event starts. When the livestream goes live, the player becomes available automatically.

In some cases, you may see a countdown or preview before kickoff. This is normal and simply means the live event has not opened yet.

Each purchase is typically allowed on up to 2 devices at the same time.

This supports normal use, such as watching on a phone and a TV, or switching between devices during the event.

Yes. If you need to continue on another device, simply use Restore access.

This is useful if you move from phone to tablet, laptop, or TV during the event.

Restore access lets you continue watching on this device if your stream was started elsewhere or if you changed device during the event.

We send a short verification code to your purchase email, so you can quickly continue without needing an account or password.

If playback stops on a device, just click Restore access and continue from there.

This can happen if you have moved the stream to another device or reset access during the event.

Yes. The livestream works on most modern phones, tablets, and computers through a normal web browser.

Depending on your device and browser, you may also be able to use fullscreen, AirPlay, Picture in Picture, or cast the stream to a larger screen.

In many cases, yes. You may be able to watch by using AirPlay, HDMI from a laptop, or casting from a supported device.

Exact behavior depends on your browser, phone, and TV setup, so we recommend testing a little before kickoff if you plan to watch on a larger screen.

That simply means the livestream has not started broadcasting yet.

Once the event goes live, the player will switch to the active stream automatically.

A stable internet connection is recommended for the best experience. If possible, use reliable Wi-Fi or a strong mobile data connection.

If the stream buffers, pauses, or lowers quality, the most common cause is usually local network conditions.

Try these quick steps:

1. Refresh the page.
2. Close other apps or tabs using your internet connection.
3. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if available.
4. Try another browser or device.
5. Reopen the stream page.

If problems continue, please contact support and include your order number and purchase email.

First, check that your purchase went through successfully and that you are using the correct access link for the event.

If needed, use Restore access with the same email address you used for the purchase.

Access is intended for personal use.

If the stream is started on too many devices at the same time, you may need to restore access before continuing on a new device.

If the event is cancelled, or if major technical issues prevent the livestream from being viewed as intended, we will review refund requests as quickly as possible.

Refunds are not normally granted for issues caused by a customer’s own device, browser, or internet connection.

Please use the refund request form on our website and include:

– your order number
– the email address used for purchase
– a short description of the issue
